S - regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn or peanuts
D - steak and salad
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
walking and stairs...standing at the computer all day and a few leaning push-ups

Sure, here you go.

Brew a pot of your favorite coffee. We like chocolate raspberry mixed with decaf.

In a 20oz Blender bottle with wire ball, add 3-6oz of 1/2 & 1/2 or a mix of heavy whipping cream and 1/2 & 1/2.

Add a heaping scoop of vanilla whey protein isolate protein powder and a good dash of cinnamon.

Cover a shake gently for about 5 seconds.

Add hot coffee to the top and tilt to blend very gently. Don't shake a hot beverage in a close blender bottle, it will explode on you.

Always add hot coffee to a cool protein slurry to keep the mix below 130 degrees.

1/2 roast beef & cheese on rye
Mini carrots
Few chips
2 caramels & a mini Clark bar
Greek yogurt
2 slices of deli ham
Decaf protein coffee
Fried egg
Corned beef hash
1 slice of sourdough bread appropriately buttered
Apple slices w/ peanut butter
Decaf protein coffee
Vites: working on bedtime batch now
Fluids: 100 oz.
