Yeah, about the pork chops....they've been sitting in brine for 3 days. I beat 2 chops with the meat tenderizer, cut them into thin strips and stir fried them. Made salads and we mixed the fried strips into the salad. Hubby said he could eat this for dinner every other day of the week. Hooah!
