Well I am back and exhausted, but it was good. Bites were what they were lol I didn't take my shake stuff so just had what was there.
Bites: this stuff is over the last couple days
2 bananas
1 hamburger with a bun
1 bowl cereal
2 muffins
2 soup and one slice of rye bread (chicken noodle), (hamburger)
That is about it in two days
today I got some protein and I will have a shake before bed
Vites: all in
Exercites: on my feet for 8 hours a night, sore, sore, sore
