S - 2+ regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g) and salad
S - 
D - chicken tenders
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
walking and stairs...standing at the computer all day

Howdy,
Wednesday bites:
Tummy really off no food until after 2:00. I blame the Whopper last night.
Decaf protein coffee
Cracker Barrel on the road- eggs in a basket
Bacon
Fried apples
Hash brown casserole
Decaf protein coffee
Few chips
Decaf protein coffee
Vites: only got 1/2 in.
Fluids: 70-80 oz.
