S - 2+ regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - Babybel cheese
L - protein shake (30g)
S - salad
D - pork chop and green beans
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
walking and stairs

Good Morning everyone, happy Monday

Bites: for Sunday

Protein shake

fish, rice and corn

little bit of chocolate

ice cream cone

just finished night shifts so slept lots of the day away

Vites: missed supper

Exercites: resting my sore ankle, bought good walking shoes but ankle got sore, did 3 walks this last week for an hour each time

I will be out of town for a few days this next week so will not be checking in. 

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

roast beef, mashed potatoes, and a carrot

Salad with Turkey

Beef jerky

Finished my stash of cookies. I'm resolved not to buy any more for at least the next month.  :)

Vites
3 doses in - all doses in including iron.

Exercites

1 hour (9 miles) biking w/family
