Lunch w/ GF @ Red Lobster: crab stuffed mushrooms
Few bites of salad
Biscuit
Snow crab legs w/ butter
3 chocolates
Small square of coffee cake
Greek yogurt
Maybe scramble an egg later on
Planned: decaf protein coffee
Vites: missed afternoon batch
Fluids: 90+ oz. by bedtime
