Hi Everyone, Happy Friday,
I have been super busy, I started a casual job and have been in training, it is a 10 hour night position out of town, so may schedule has been a little crazy
Bites: for Thursday day and night
protein shake
banana
breakfast sandwich and coffee
hamburger - loaded
then during the night
bran muffin
and couple pieces of cheese
few raw veggies
Vites: all in by this morning
Exercites: working on my feet for 10 hours, calves and feet killing me today
