wt has gone up again to 220. 0 this morning so still not doing this right, fitting in the shakes is hard, 2 is to much in the morning and I snack in the afternoon where I need to make a shake so today I will continue with this work in progress. This is the figure this out week for me. And I like the post about the guy wanting to lose 60 more lbs, I think he got lots of good responses. So I am going to look into Akins one more time, I fight every step of the way lol. But I need to get back to exercise and shakes.
