Upcoming Surgery Date post, is anyone doing this?

Hi DS'ers  

We were asked to create a sticky post a few years ago for the upcoming surgery dates for DS'ers.

It appears the member that was doing the surgery dates is no longer active and her profile is set to private.  Would someone like to take this over?  Let us know if you would like to continue this?
