Hello everyone

Bites: For Monday

protein shake

fish, pot and veggie -restaurant   

fried banana, strawberry dessert - restaurant

greek yogurt, protein shake and 1/2 a bagel with cream cheese

small piece of cake

So two shakes in today

Vites: all in

Exercites: 45 min aquafit program

Feeling ok for the day, was really busy running around and getting things done

It's days like this that I really appreciate my DS.
Had several appointments that found me standing & walking for 5 hours. Only a short lunch break in between. Nothing hurts. Nothing aches.    Sure didn't turn out like that when I weighed 350+ lbs.

Tuesday bites:
Decaf protein coffee
Turkey bacon
Cheddar cheese stick
Decaf protein coffee
Leftover beef kebabs
Mini Carrots
Decaf protein coffee
2 cookies
Homemade tacos with all the trimmings
Small wedge of angel food cake
