Happy Sunday, I made a plan last week to increase my protein shakes and didn't happen I think one day I got two in, so that is my plan for this week, to increase my protein shakes. I want to try to get to 3 by the end of the week. I would also like to get into wt loss mode and see if I can drop a few pounds. My weight is sitting at 219.9 and I would like to get it to go in the right direction - down - I know I have to get back to exercise to so that is my plan this week also to get back into something most days, even if it is a walk but to get moving is important. I miss being active, I really do, funny how lazy my butt is, lol.

Bites:

protein shake

grapes

muffin 

nuts

sandwich

cheezies

soup and salmon sandwich

ice cream

Vites: all in, - trying to go off some medication, so a bit of withdrawal headaches going on

Exercites: nothing didn't feel well, but will be starting soon

and thanks to the jelly bean person yesterday for admitting to enjoying jelly beans to, made my day.

 

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Here for you, Susan. I'll try to go with 3 protein shakes and coffees a day too. We can do this!

You've got this. If you can, allow yourself a coffee break in the mid morning and afternoon. That will take care of 2 protein drinks.
