Breakfast: Americano w/half & half, 2 chocolate coffee beans, 1/4 apple muffin, premier protein
Snack: Coffee w/whole mil****d americano w/heavy cream and whipped cream on top, pistachios
Lunch: Grilled chicken breast, mayo packet, 1 cup mixed kale & Boston lettuce w/chipotle ranch dressing
Snack: Zesty pepper and pita chip graze box, carb aster yogurt, coconut almonfs
Dinner: Teriyaki chicken/beef/pork w/o sauce, steamed cabbage, few edamame, innards of 1 Gyoza, tempura zucchini piece, 1/4 fortune cookie
Snack: Homemade whipped cream, popcorn with butter

EXERCITES: About 2 miles walking
