life after duodenal switch surgery

I had my DS over 10 years ago.  My highest weight was 286 lbs, my lowest was 140 and I now hover around 165 lbs and a size 10/12 today.  Nobody would guess I had any wls by watching me eat, and they joke about my requests for extra butter.  I'm using vitamin patches, and adding extra iron.  I've been doing them for a year and wll be getting bloodwork next month to see how well they've served me, but even before patches, my 14 pills per day were a habit easy to maintain.
