Hi Everyone, Happy Thursday,

Plan:

Bites:

2 protein shakes (vanilla)

1/2 banana

1/2 cup greek yogurt with fruit and slice of toast and jam

Hamburger at a restaurant, it was homemade, very good

cheezies and pop

chicken fingers, mac n cheese, and beets

popcorn

ice cream

Exercites: nothing 

Vites: just finishing

food stuff is starting to fall apart again, I am going to have a better day tomorrow

I have stocked up on protein powder, so the shakes can begin to build up again, trying for two a day, maybe three. I like that I have some variety with the shakes, pretty excited.

2 dove chocolates
1/4 of an apple w/ caramel dipping sauce
Decaf protein coffee
Cheesy hash brown hamburger helper
Green beans
Popcorn
Decaf protein coffee
Vites: all in
Fluids: 80+ oz.

I have been craving pizza for weeks, but I tend to make my own little ones when I get the cravings, but your tempting me, girl.

Lets see, today I did mostly well except I got stressed at one point and gave into the chocolate on the filing cabinet. I lasted almost all day and it could have been worse - at least I left some! 

BITES:

Premier Protein

Coffee with half and half + 2 chocolate covered coffee beans

1/8 blueberry muffin

Coffee with whole milk

1/2 serving sea salt & vinegar almonds

Americano with cream and whipped cream

Atkins Chicken Margherita

Serving Cinnamon roast almonds

2 dark chocolate hershey nuggets

4 dark chocolate mini bars

Grilled Cheddar graze box

Carbmaster yogurt

Dinner: chicken/beef/pork teriyaki no sauce, 1 pot sticker with most of the shell removed, miso soup, salad with light dressing, steamed cabbage, prawn tempura, 1 slice zucchini tempura

Popcorn with butter

VITES: delayed a dose but got them all in

EXERCITES: just over a mile walking
