hello everyone, another day
Bites:
1 coffee with creamer
1/2 a small banana
3 small breakfast sausages, 2 eggs, 1 slice toast
protein shake with frozen fruit
3 tablespoons of mac n cheese and 2 chicken strips
1/2 cup yogurt with 1/2 bagel with jam
jelly beans - hubby bought more- I didn't ask
mocha coffee
cheezies and diet pepsi
banana
3 cookies
roast beef, pot, and carrots, and gravy with a glass of milk

Exercites: not done yet

Quarter size piece of peanut brittle
Handful peanut in shell
Coffee with heavy cream and whipped cream on top
Another quarter size piece of brittle
1.5 chipotle red pepper sausage, 1/4 kabocha squash with parmesan cheese
Carbsmart yogurt
3 peanuts in shell
About a teaspoon peanut butter
1 snack size snickers bar
String Cheese
Miso soup, few edamame, side salad light dressing, prawn tempura, 1/2 slice potato and carrot tempura, few bites chicken, beef and pork teriyaki with no sauce, fortune cookie
1/2 graze snickerdoodle dip box
Pumpkin seeds
1 frango chocolate
2 hershey kisses
Popcorn with butter

I don't know if its more control or what but I do know I crave it. When I eat it, I savor eat bite, and I try not to eat too much at a time or my stomach gets upset. Also why I try to stick to dark vs milk, plus I like dark way way more. I guess it is something that I can still find joy in, and I enjoy it so much.

I agree with the dark chocolate. When I get a craving for chocolate I buy a nice organic, certified slave free, dark chocolate.
