evening batch:
heme iron: stopped
EXERCITES:
15 min walks, leaning push-ups, squats and lunges

dr went well, few changes of meds happening, but hopefully should be a good thing. Definitely feel better after seeing him.

D: ribs and rice and probably some ice cream for dessert

About 1/4 cup sea salt & vinegar almonds

Thai sweet and sour broth
Leftovers: about two oz each of sirloin, chicken breast, and salmon
Few peanuts
Personal size bag popcorn
String cheese
1 bite coffee cake, 2 bites brownie
1.5 Roasted pepper and chipotle pepper about 3/4 roasted kabocha squash
4 frango chocolates
1/4 c pumpkin seeds in shell
Popcorn with butter
VITES: Missed one calcium/multi vitamin dose
EXERCITES: Walked just over 3 miles
