BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
Pre-B - protein coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 (30g)
B - 2 eggs and sausage
S - 2+ regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - fish nuggets
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: stopped

EXERCITES:
15 min walks, leaning push-ups, squats and lunges

dr went well, few changes of meds happening, but hopefully should be a good thing. Definitely feel better after seeing him.

Bites: 

B: 1/2 of a bagel with jam and greek yogurt

L:  sandwich

S: chips and diet pop

S: greek yogurt

D: ribs and rice and probably some ice cream for dessert

Vites: done

Exercite: walked today

Snow melting rapidly. In fact, it's almost gone!
Tuesday bites:

Decaf protein coffee
Turkey bacon
Cheddar cheese
Decaf protein coffee
Leftover chicken parmigiana
Few chips
2 Mary Janes
Decaf protein coffee
Mrs Pauls fish portions, breading removed
Corn
2 waffle fries ( not a fan)
Decaf protein coffee
2 chocolates
Vites: all in
Fluids: 90 oz.

Not a bad day today. 

BITES:

Premier protein

Two bites of apple muffin

Coffee with heavy cream

More coffee with heavy cream and whipped cream

Handful of in shell peanuts

About 1/4 cup sea salt & vinegar almonds

String cheese

Carbsmart yogurt

Thai sweet and sour broth

Leftovers: about two oz each of sirloin, chicken breast, and salmon

Few peanuts

Personal size bag popcorn

String cheese

1 bite coffee cake, 2 bites brownie

1.5 Roasted pepper and chipotle pepper about 3/4 roasted kabocha squash

4 frango chocolates

1/4 c pumpkin seeds in shell

Popcorn with butter

VITES: Missed one calcium/multi vitamin dose

EXERCITES: Walked just over 3 miles

Oh yeah there was another coffee in there with heavy cream and whipped cream. 

I lost a pound last week. Most likely due to the fact i'm not shoving my face every second of the day. It feels good to not want food all the time again!
