Well another day of stuffing my face with whatever I could find.
BITES:
Premier Protein
4 egg muffins (2 eggs, 2 oz cream cheese baked for 20 min) with no sugar added peanut butter and a small amount of strawberry jelly
Carbsmart yogurt
2 homemade caramels
Graze popcorn kernels snack
1/4 cup salted nuts
Popcorn with pepper
Buffalo chicken salad (chopped romaine, canned chicken breast with franks red hot, blue cheese dressing, and parmesan cheese)
Protein chicken broth
4 more egg muffins with peanut butter and jelly
Pork rinds
Homemade tandoori chicken breast, roast butternut squash with parmesan cheese
Popcorn with butter
5 frango chocolates
Not sure how many calories that is, but it was a lot of food. Lately I can't seem to get satisfied.

I did realize that one of my medications is supposed to make me "gain weight". I welcomed this thought because it would get my surgeon off my back (she still wants to see regain of about 20-40 lbs!). I haven't noticed any weight gain, even eating as much as I do. However, it would make sense that when I went on vacation and wasn't eating as much, I lost weight. I am going to be stopping this medication and switching to something new, so should be interesting to see if my appetite decreases.
