2nd B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 2 regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
S - 1 oz Farmer's Cheese and 3oz ham
L - tuna salad
S - peanuts
D - TBD
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream
VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches:
iron: done (told I need to stop all iron for 2 weeks...ferrittin is a little high)
evening batch:
heme iron: stopping for 2 weeks
EXERCITES:
none

chicken strips, mac n cheese and peas

Exercites: none - worked hard all day, very tired, and made it to the evening service at church, it was a busy week last week, but overall happy with how it went. I do plan to eat better this week, so here I sit with my morning shake and a fresh perspective. Chat again tomorrow wonderful ladies.

Saw the snowflakes and got a little scared. No accumulation so all is good.

Tossed salad w/ Caesar dressing
2 potato wedges - not very tasty

It was a lovely little snow. Daughter-in-law and I came out of the movies to see it. Star Wars was just as good the second time.
