The Plan:
Hi guys,
BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
Pre-B - protein coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 (30g)
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 2 regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
S - 1 oz Farmer's Cheese and 3oz ham
L - tuna salad
S - peanuts
D - beef hotdogs and chili
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream
VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches:
iron: done (told I need to stop all iron for 2 weeks...ferrittin is a little high)
evening batch:
heme iron: stopping for 2 weeks
EXERCITES:
none

Well Monday morning is here, and yesterday was ok but today I have a plan I am going to try to stick to, so I am going to put down todays plan and see if I can follow it.
Bites:
B; shake no frozen fruit
S:greek yogurt with berries
S; 2 chicken strips - leftovers
L: spinach salad - with nuts and fruit in it
S:shake no frozen fruit
S: few peanuts
D: veg, soup and crackers and ham sandwich
Vites: working on
Exercites: 1/2 hour cardio
Feeling positive, going to go without pop today and this week if possible and get sweets down or out - this is my basic plan for the week, I just have to be committed to follow it, and I'm struggling with that commitment but I am tired of the scale going up and how I feel physically.

I try to read or watch MLK's "I Have a Dream" speech every year. I grew up in the 1960's, so I remember hearing him and watching him on the news. Great, great man.
