B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 2 protein coffee (60g) with 1/2&1/2
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
D - chicken stir fry w/bok choy
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches:
iron:
evening batch:
heme iron: 

EXERCITES: 
push-ups and stair sprints or outside to walk in the cold

none 

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
