S - 1 regular coffee and 1 protein coffee (30g) with 1/2&1/2
S - peanuts
L - Taco Bell taco pizza and a taco
S - sliced apple and pear
D - fish nuggets
S - pound cake

evening batch: done   
heme iron: done

EXERCITES: 
laundry and babysitting

Norreen I'm doing chips and salsa tomorrow, i do mine with hamburger and cheese on them and then dip them in salsa and sour cream, so excited to make them tomorrow.

Bites: 

ww bagel with peanut butter and jam

noodles and canned ham

graveshift (one more to go)

ww spag and meat sauce

yogurt and berries

couple chocolates

Vites: all in

Exercites: walk around apt building, checking out the gyms in all 4 buildings, had to compare to see if there were better then the one in my building.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
