D - bunless burger w/tomato, onion, and mayo
S - CarbSmart ice cream

morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done  
heme iron: done 

EXERCITES:
walking

Happy Tuesday, busy at work yesterday and I was dragging my butt, so tough day,

Bites: 

2 protein shakes

yogurt and berries

spag and meatballs

nuts

KFC chicken bowl

Vites: all in

Exercites: walked around the whole mall, with hubby

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Fast day. Time flew by at work.
Tuesday bites:
Decaf protein coffee
Turkey bacon
Cheddar cheese stick
Decaf protein coffee
Leftover chicken tenders
Few chips
Mini carrots
1/2 honey bun
Hard boiled egg
Decaf protein coffee
2 homemade tacos w/ all the trimmings
Protein smoothie

Fluids: 100 oz.
