BITES:
B - Premier protein, coffee with half and half and sugar free syrup with 3 chocolate covered coffee beans
S - Pork rinds, string cheese, 1/3c dry roasted edamame, carbmaster yogurt
L - Grilled chicken breast (6oz)
S - Carbmaster yogurt, pork rinds, kirkland vitamin water, 1/2 serving mixed nuts, 6 slices bacon, and 1 TBL creamy peanut butter
D - Taco salad: Butter lettuce, sour cream, salsa, 4oz ground beef, shredded cheese, with 1/2 corn tortilla
S - about 5 cups airpopped popcorn with 3TBL butter
Per myfitnesspal: 2,305 calories; 184g protein; 136g fat; 86 carbs - 22g fiber - 19g sugar
I guess I need to maybe add back in some carbs so I don't hit ketosis again.
VITES: All in
EXERCITES: I drove into work vs taking the train so I only got 1,860 steps in.
HW 284; SW 270; CW 152; Revised GW 140-160
I don't think you'd go into ketosis again unless you were eating less than 40 but I'm just trying to do malabsorption math against Atkins 25 carb grams per day....old school.
