*** Saturday Bites, vits, and exercites
I figured Gina might be unable to do today's post so here is the start.
I always start out so well and have issues in the evening. I'm trying to work on that.
Bites:
B - protein shake
L - ham and cheese slices
S - watermelon
S2 - grilled chicken thighs
S3 - cookies
D - grilled chicken thighs and broccoli (TBD)
S - ice cream?? (TBD)
Vits:
4 doses in - dose 4 when I sign off. I went to a vitamin Shoppe expo today featuring fitness companies. A little underwhelmend but it was crowded and the store is pretty small so I'm not sure if my expectations were too high.
Exercites - nothing yet - Walked around a local farmers market - seemed a little smaller than I anticipated.

last night grave tonight, I've been a bit flaky but that is what happens for me when I don't write it down at the time, I honest just don't remember - I usually do the day before - to todays post will be about what I ate yesterday

salmon sandwich with garden cucumber and tomato

small bag chip - bored

Exercites: day off from doing anything - did lots through this past week, definitely getting back on the wagon with that

Just wandering how easily u handle the watermelon ? I love it but goes right through me. U lucky guy!!
