Had a nice visit w/ DD. ran some errands. Went out to lunch. Got him a new cell phone, and programmed a new wireless printer for his IPad. Dad is 84. Amazing.

Hi all,
I fell a little off track once I hit my first goal weight so I'm back to tracking as of today. I know this is one way to help keep me on course, or get me back on course at any rate. I hope everybosy has been doing well. Time for me to stop hiding.
Schedule was off today. I had to pick up some family members from a bike race and didn't want to eat while I was on the road.
L - protein shake and greek yogurt
S - chicken crispy strips
S2 - bologna and cheese along with some crackers
D - More chicken crispy strips
S - crackers and american cheese
Vits - all in - organizers set for the next 2 months
Exercites - None today - Bike is in the shop and I didn't make time for the dumb bells. So
much for good intentions....
