B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
S - buttered toast...bread all gone
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
D - chicken tenders
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day to work

Office wasn't busy, so I got a lot accomplished. That doesn't happen very often. I feel productive.

Protein decaf coffee

Turkey bacon

cheese sticks

1/2 ham & swiss w/ lettuce & mayo on toasted rye

few chips

peach Greek yogurt

mini carrots

Fried crab cake. (Ehh, what do Pennsylvanians know about Maryland crab cakes?) it was just ok

Sticky  bun

Vanilla protein smoothie

vites: all in

fluids: 90+ oz.
