Pre-B - coffees w/HWC
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - 4 bunless beef hot dogs w/mustard
S - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
D - fish nuggets and fresh tomato w/mayo
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - Greek yogurt and NutThins  {sigh, stayed up late watching TV}

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day to work

Is it my iPad, or has no one started a new topic since Saturday? OH used to be so active. At least vites & bites gets some looks each day.

Your iPad is probably correct. Sad, especially considering the activity this place used to have. Not that I liked the surgery wars and bullying but....
