S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - meat loaf and green beans
S - small piece of ice cream B-Day cake
S - NutThins

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
Stand at the computer all day to work

Someone bought a gianormous tub of caramel popcorn and sat it on my desk. I have removed said offender and place it in front of the standing files away from my sight.  Oy vey.

If that rhubarb crisp is anything like a blackberry cobbler, I'd be lost.
