I honestly don't know why I do this, I did not have a good day yesterday, stress going on with my youngest son and so tired of worrying about him and his job. He moved out when we moved to the city in Sept of last year but was spoiled at home and is struggling in real life.

Bites: wanted to give shakes a rest for the week

Yogurt with berries and a bit of granola

carrot muffin and tea

sandwich, with meat, lettuce, cheese, onion, and tomato

2 pieces of lasenza - made it for work for wed night shift but couldn't resist having some - store bought so not so great

lots of lemon wafers (8)

4 peppermint patties (small)

2 hotdogs with buns

chocolate chill drink - which is a sugar overload - but I can't resist if I go to that restaurant

Vites: all in

Exercites: 15 min workout and a 40 min walk with a friend

Here is my exercise issue: everyone wants to do things with me - which is nice and I enjoy it all, but I am not pushing my body to do what it can do, so I think I should be working out hard 3 times a week and the rest of the time do the stuff others want to do, it is still exercise but at a leisure rate, sort of thing, that way my body continues to be pushed and I get the benefits of all the other stuff - or am I stressing out about nothing, should just working out with others be enough, my thinking is confused???

thanks for listening to my confused brain

If your metabolism stays high doing the leisurely exercise a couple of times a week, that's fine, but I think you need to keep doing the real deal at least 3 times a week. 2 cents.
