B - 2 protein coffee (60g) and an additional regular coffee
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - snack size buttered popcorn
D - fish nuggets and green beans
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 - leaning push-ups, and 40 squats

Meeting at corporate offices. Lunch was Greek food. Nope. Horrible, painful gas, and I was careful to only have a bite or two.
