D - pork chops w/cream of mushroom soup gravy and field peas
S - CarbSmart ice cream w/blueberries

4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
none

Bites: 

B - premier protein shake

S - donut from local bakery (had to stop an buy a dozen for my top students this morning) UGH!!!

L - chicken marsala and brocoli (leftover from lastnight)

S - cashews

D - chicken tenders and greek yogurt

S - SF pudding

Fluids: in progress

Vites: in progress

Started off shaky, but pulled it together. The bakery I am referring to is my favorite. I couldn't resist the temptation. The incredible stress I am going through isnt helping! Oh well, at least I didnt fall off the wagon the entire day. Progress!!!
