L - cheese stick, a few salami slices and greek yogurt
S - greek yogurt
S - sunflower seeds (at the game)
D - grilled Tilapia (late due to baseball playoffs)

Thanks for the encouragement and advice. I knew it would slow down but I went from 10 lbs a month to nothing....just like that. I also am going to go back to being more diligent with the eating. Not letting those sweets and carbs sneak back in. Thanks again.

Vitamins were a casualty for my day too. Just plain forgot to take them after dinner. {sigh}

Another day another step
B - Premier Protein
L - Tempura veggies
S - Dark Chocolate Raisinettes
D - Ahi Tuna Stir Fry - Good but the tuna is a lot, I love it, but my eyes were bigger than my stomach in the portion size department, oh well
S - Maybe some ice cream with a few raspberries
Vites: I plan on getting them all in, still have one batch of calcium to go but I've been staying up late so should have the time to get them in
Exercites: I got out of bed. Thats it today.
