Pre-B - protein coffee w/1/2 & 1/2 (30g) and additional regular coffees w/1/2 & 1/2
B - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
L - tuna salad w/Saltines
S - Greek yogurt
D - shrimp nuggets and lobster bisque
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
3 - 15 minute walks, 30 - push-ups and 10 - squats

Bites:

B - Premier protein shake

S - cheese stick and greek yogurt

L - tuna salad (white albacore tuna, mayo and pickles) and hard boiled egg

S - greek yogurt 

S - sunflower seeds (football practice)

D - not sure yet, will get home late

Still stuck, have been for a few weeks. Partly to eating some sweets here and there, but many days totally on plan. Maybe just a stall. My clothes seem looser so we will see what happens.

I turned the heat off during the day yesterday and we were at 65 degrees in the house this morning.  Brrr!
