Pre-B - protein coffee w/1/2 & 1/2 (30g) and additional regular coffees w/1/2 & 1/2
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
L - protein shake (30g)
S - sunflower seeds
D - chicken stir fry w/bok choy and bamboo shoots
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
6 - 15 minute walks, 60 - leaning p/u, and squats

L - salami slices, cheese stick and greek yogurt

S - almonds

D - grilled tilapia with Olive oil and lemon pepper

S - greek yogurt

NO SWEETS! Not even SF pudding or Carb Smart ice cream, that got me in trouble!

Yay, made through the week!

Taco Bell : taco salad. No beans or rice. Double meat. Ate, maybe less than 1/4 of the shell

Fried egg & corned beef hash

Slice of rye toast w/ peanut butter & honey

3 chocolates 

vanilla protein shake w/ strawberries, HWC & coconut almond milk whirled in the bullet blender
