Pre-B - protein coffee w/1/2 & 1/2 (30g) and additional regular coffees w/1/2 & 1/2
B - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
L - salad and a protein shake (30g)
S - 8 NutThins crackers
D - 2 very thin pork chops
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
6 - 15 minute walks, 60 - leaning p/u, and 20 - squats

Bites:

B - Premier protein shake and a few bites of pinto beans and cheese (they had nachos in the lounge this morning)

S - almonds 

L - Salad (spinach, cheese, egg, ham and thousand island dressing) Going out the lunch 

S - almonds

D - shrimp scampi and some veggies or greek yogurt

IKWYM about people and cats.  I think they should make manners training mandatory in schools. It won't fix the unfixable but it might help a little.
