S - Stomach was upset so ate a handful of mixed nuts before my coffee, Noreen you will love this, 6 shot Flat White from Starbucks (I slept really poorly), refilled cup with drip coffee

L1 - Bag Quest Protein a Chips - Sea Salt & Vinegar
L2 - Shredded Chicken with mayo & franks red hot
S - string cheese if necessary, maybe more coffee
D - Chicken w/mayo & Franks
S - going to resist tonight
Just was thinking that ive gotten into the ha it again of munching. While its not always on carb stuff its still not necessary right now. So I am trying to be mindful of that the rest of the day.

Today was one of the worse days I've had and yet, one of the best. Dealt with the most inconsiderate, life sucking client I have ever met. And in a separate event, I had the wonderful opportunity to have my hair & make up done by professionals, then a real photographer created my head shots. LOL. If I can figure out how, I'll update my OH photo.
