Let's just say today is not one of my shining moments in food choices. Ugh.

I echo the poor choices today. I went shopping last night and bought some no sugar added dark chocolate raisins and almonds - you know, thinking i'd have a few and stop. BUT that didn't work. Good thing I purposefully only bought a small quantity (thank gosh for WINCO and bulk!). So all the raisins are gone and there are a few almonds left. This last week has been bad for me and chocolate - think I know why but i'll find out in a few days - its only been three months. . .
Anyway
BITES:
B 8am - 2 pieces bacon & Premier Protein
S 9am - Dark Chocolate no sugar added raisins
S 11am - Dark Chocolate no sugar added raisins and 4 espresso shots with 1/3c half & half
L Not until 2pm - got busy cutting down a tree - Spicy Chicken Salad & a few dark chocolate no sugar added almonds
S 5-6pm - 5 dark chocolate no sugar added almonds
D 630pm - Bratwurst
S - Bacon and maybe an egg
Water - About 102 oz so far and most likely another 48 by the end of the night (it's only 6pm here)
EXERCITES - Only about 4,000 steps today, Cut down my big apple tree with a friend and carried chunks of wood for about 1.5 or 2 hrs, mowed the front lawn
VITES - all in, i've been taking psyllium fiber at night and it seems to be helping and not upsetting my tummy like the benefiber
