It was a good day today.
BITES:
B - 2 pieces bacon and one bite hashbrown - the crunchy part - and coffee with cream
S - ZipFizz
L - Premier Protein Shake
S - 2 oz Shredded Chicken with Mayo & Franks RedHot
S - 10 salt & vinegar (thats all I left)
D - Qdoba kids naked burrito bowl - no rice, few bites beans, pulled pork, queso, sour cream, 4 tortilla chips
S - 2 sliced pickles, 5 dark chocolate no sugar added almonds
S - Just realized i'm low in protein so i'm going to make an egg with cheese
VITES - All in plus new fiber that seems to be working
EXERCITES - Walking around, nothing major today, 5,200 steps
HW 284; SW 270; CW 152; Revised GW 140-160
It seems when we add carbs we forget protein. It's good you're watching for it.
