It was so nice to see (and feel) the warm sunshine, and hear the drip, drip of snow melting.

Happy Sunday everyone,

Bites:

from midnight to 7 am 

orange

donut

roast beef and potatoes

banana 

yogurt

I got up at 5pm and for supper 

1 egg, fried potato and 2 breakfast sausages

protein shake

and I am off to do another grave yard shift

Exercites: 24 minutes on the treadmill

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
