I am glad Valentine's Day is over.....parties and sweets Ugh! I got my protein and fluids in but I did indulge in a few sweets over the weekend. Needless to say I had bathroom and gad issues all weekend. Back on plan today, all sweets out of the house, tossed them yesterday!
All our Valentines sweets are gone too...wish I had tossed ours.
