Exercites: none lol fighting head cold
Thats about it for me, I have stopped writing things done so it is hard to remember what I had, I will get back at it again soon, maybe even today after a nap

Because I am on the West Coast (California) I always post what I plan to eat for the day. Although sometimes I veer a little from that plan, it does help me to think ahead about what I am going to eat. At the end of the day or the next morning I look at what I planned and see if I veered at all.....and address those issues with myself. Why did I go off plan? Stress? Party? Boredom? This seems to be working well for me. Just a thought!
