Feelings: doing ok reading a book, it is called Naturally Thin, I like some of the stuff in it, but we will see, seems aweful vague to me and I have a few days off work so hoping to get some stuff done here

S - None, going to be too full
D - Not sure yet, have my grandson. Might cook some chicken or take him out and just have greek yogurt and cheese stick when I get home.
