***Monday Bites, Vites & Exercites_1/12/2015***

Wow lots going on with the site, I like it the way it is, works for me

Have a good Monday everyone - better late then never for checking in today

Bites: 

bacon and eggs and 1 slice of toast

Snack type stuff all afternoon - spent it at my moms- kind of a party thing going on

sandwich and soup with crackers

Graveyard shift

orange

bacon tomato sandwich

yogurt greek

orange juice

chocolate - just about gone at work

and home to bed

Vites: all in

Exercites: slacking, just not into it this week yet, this shift screws me up

Feelings: I'm ok today I have been upset with myself because of the stuff I ate all afternoon, I like to get on track early in the week. So you may notice no shake either, just couldn't fit it in but will try for tomorrow. Looking at maybe trying the Atkins thing just checking out recipes, my wt is up so I wanted to try something different again, so that is where my thinking is today. YouTube here I come for recipes.

Early on I read every single post and thread on this site. I wanted to give back and pay it forward for all the great advise I learned from the vets. I just didn't know what. Hence, this daily post.

May not be many of us daily posters but a lot of folks stop by to read what is eaten,  if exercise is recorded, and vitamins consumed. Saturday & Sunday over 100 views each day. Today over 50 and climbing. 

In my book, I'd call this a win. Thank you major Mom. And thanks to those who just stop in to take a peek.
