evening batch: starting
heme iron: pending

none

Bites:

strawberry protein shake- I bought a new brand of protein powder called Combat- very nice stuff

chocolate protein shake

roast beef, potatoes, and corn

ice cream

munchie snack - pretzels, cheetoes, sunchips - stuff like that - it was good

Vites: all in

Exercites: 30 minutes of intervals

B - greel yogurt lite and fit

S - handful of cashews

L -  grilled chicken and vegetables at Panda Express (ate out with coworkers)

S - cheese stick

D - two chicken tenders (eating before Bunco and taking some jerky with me for a snack)

OMG I am so missing them and I know I am not getting enough protein. UGH! Supposed to go to Costco tomorrow.

Update on lunch: went to the bowling alley with coworkers and they are famous for fish and chips. Had one small piece of fish and a side salad. Not great but the best I could do.
