Hi there,
I do use bread crumbs. They never bothered me and I'm usually good enough on carbs that it
isn't a concern. Pretty standard ground beef, onion, salt, 2 eggs, shredded cheese for these.
Even though they came out of the muffing pan pretty cleanly it was still a pain to wash. I may just
broil hamburgers next time if I don't want to do a full meatloaf. In my kitchen they would be essentially the
same except shaped a little different. I was just in the mood for something that was already portion controlled.
Company Christmas party #1. They took us to a nice restaurant. Food was excellent.
double protein decaf coffee
Turkey bacon
cheddar cheese stick
olive oil & crusty piece of hearth baked bread
carpese salad w/ fresh basil leaves
seared salmon
Sauted beans & carrots
small square of some fancy kind of potato thing
1/2 of a small piece of cream brûlée cheesecake (amazing)
double protein decaf coffee
1 slice of deli ham rolled up with a piece of Swiss cheese
Vites: missed afternoon batch
fluids: 90+ oz.
