Had upset stomach when I woke up and did lots of bathroom runs, then in the afternoon the same thing, so very careful eating yesterday, I think it was a bit of a bug because I was and hot and cold to. Today everything is running smoothly and I am praying for a good day.

Water - 15 oz so far, planned 65 oz
Vites - forgot morning batch, will do evening ones when I get home
Feels good to be back on my normal eating schedule after the long holiday weekend, my tummy is back to normal too......it didnt like all the variations in food.
Nice plan and I totally agree with a getting back on schedule.

Dieting never ends, does it? My mom is in her 80s and she will still go low carb to get past holiday weight gain.
