D - steak w/ sauteed mushrooms & garlic and a glass of wine

Well, close to 10# down....almost.
Slipped a little at lunch and the eating season has begun. Figure next week will be a write off

L: very small ham and cheese sandwich with veggies, dill pickle ( served at a lunch meeting)

D: polish sausage, homemade cranberry sauce

E: errands after work and basketball game (lots of stairs) tonight
