The importance of breakfast
My breakfasts go like this:
option 1: 2 eggs, chili in the eggs, cheese in the eggs, a touch of sour cream.
option 2: 2 eggs, 2 veggie sausage patties (20g protein), some cheese in the eggs, and sometimes half of a multigrain English muffin
usually eat a protein bar and an apple before lunch as well;)
