Vitamin Help

I will answer your question in detail next month when I do my annual review. Unfortunately I don't have time to do this today because I'm going out of town and haven't packed yet! I swear I can procrastinate that particular chore until an hour before leaving.
The short answer is that I decided to really hit the skin vitamins this year (and maybe next) because if there was ever a time I was asking a lot from my skin, this is it. So I take a lot of extra C, Gelatin, Biotin, Hyaluronic Acid, etc. I may do that next year as well. My weight has been stable since about October, but my shape and skin have changed dramatically, and still are. I'm hoping to avoid plastic surgery and it is going to be close. I will probably post some pictures and gather opinions from you guys!
Also, from the confusion and hatred of those early days comes the groove. Once you are in the groove, it isn't a big deal to add another vitamin (or six) and then you start never getting sick or having wrinkles disappear. Then you realize your restless leg is a thousand times better and you track that down to your magnesium pills and so you up those and it then it freaking goes away. Really, it's gone from me having horrible insomnia because of that hellish disease to maybe feeling it twitch once every few months. Knock on wood, but these vitamins are miraculous, not just in keeping us alive and the more you learn about them ...
