Exercites: none / went to visit Glens mom last night, and see a friend. she hemmed the last curtain that needed hemming and my hair and brows have been cleaned up. I love having a friend that has many talents, it is like one stop shopping.
Planning on going on a overnight trip to the spa today so I will be checking in late tomorrow, I plan to enjoy, enjoy, enjoy. Take care

Hi folks. Been a pretty haphazard week. Multliple Doctor appointments and a scatterbrained personality
sometimes don't leave room for much else.
Bites:
B-Protein shake
L-Arby's turkey Gyro - no bun
S-Crackers and cheese
D-Roast Beef and gravy
** first try to recreate my Mom's gravy from the beef drippings but I really had a taste. I definitely
need to do some more experimenting to get it right. Not browned enough and too much salt.
By the way is it just me or do other people think that some fast food now tastes extra salty?
Vites: Started late because of blood tests in the morning but I have everything except my zinc in.
That's next.
Oh and the Doc was pretty happy with me at my 18 month checkup. Says I should still be in the
"window" for another 6 months so I'm doubling down on my food choices.

Long day. drove 2 1/2 hrs to train a new employee. Nice thing was, it is in my Dad's neighborhood so I got to have dinner with him.
